Its been a few weeks since my last stay- was pulled to another part of the state. When I arrived this time and walked through the front door it felt like coming home. Sounds funny, I know. “The male at the window at check in was very nice and respectful.When I made reservations it was wrong.The room reserved was for smoking and it was upstairs with no elevator.I I informed the man the situation and he bent over backwards to find me another room.He didn't have to do that but he did.His kindness was very appreciated.I don't know his name but if the manager sees this review I hope he returns the kindness to him.”
