“I stayed at Margaritaville in Costa Rica for a full week and overall had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. I chose the all-inclusive package and did excursions every other day, so I was only on the resort about half of the time. Even with that, I will say the food did get a bit repetitive. It was very catered toward American tastes and didn’t change much throughout the week — that would be my only real downside.

“Beautiful and peaceful property, infinity pool is a dream! All rooms have beautiful ocean view with balcony. There is shuttle every hour to taramindo downtown (otherwise a 15 minute walk up/down a steep hill, good workout!), and free entrance to langosta beach club!
Food at the restaurant was surprisingly impressive. The seafood risotto was probably the best I have had outside Italy.”
