Transportation to airport was on Mercedes Benz absolutely amazing! All inclusive resort need a little bot improve restaurants dinning experience, just 2 restaurants. ”

“Beautiful and well-kept property. Management was always on site, security was there 24/7, incredible and friendly staff! The location of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from downtown Tamarindo, so it was super quiet at night. There’s beach access, where you can enjoy sit and enjoy the view or go straight to the ocean and swim. Service was amazing with food provided straight to your door. A good plus was that there’s a small kitchen, where you can go buy groceries and make food in your room……

“This was a really beautiful property, the location to the beach was amazing! The grounds were stunning as well! The staff was friendly and very helpful! It was nice to have the option to check out boogie boards right at the hotel, or you can rent surfboards right there as well. Our transportation to our next location didn't come until 3 hours after check out and they allowed us keep our luggage in a secure location and even had showers available if we wanted! This was a beautiful property!”

“Conchal Hotel was a great last stop for our Costa Rican vacation. The staff was super kind and helpful regarding where to go for the beach or other attractions. (We recommend walking to the beach in front of the Westin!) The grounds are beautiful with the pool in the center which was great to come back to after a day at the beach. Our only disappointment with our room. With concrete floors and little to no other furniture besides the bed, it was much more bare bones than the online photos show.……

“Our stay here was great, well advertised to what it is. Staff is helpful and kind. Good food and smoothies available at price. Pool was enjoyable and clean. About 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a restaurant beside the hotel so there is a dull sound of music in the evenings. I am a light sleeper and did not find this a problem. Bed is firm but was not a problem either. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The hotel also had good wifi, so my husband could do some work and also……

“Would absolutely stay here again! Great Service, perfect small feel like you left town yet you are right in the middle of it. THE BEST in room Coffee as well. I loved the location, we did not drive at all for 3 days and did a lot. Easy 6 min walk to beach and less thatln that to MANY restaurants. Mini market right across street”

“The room wasn’t very clean, there was some garbage still I’m guessing when they cleaned didn’t sweep good or mopped. The sink had a drain strain and was dirty and it grossed me out because the water wouldn’t fully go down quickly. I didn’t even have a view through the window, it was high and covered with a lining so you couldn’t look outside. outside my room was an ugly area with a pile of dirt and black drapes, like they maybe remodeling or adding to the hotel. Overall the hotel is in a good……
