“N/A”

“We stayed for one night it was an easy check in the rooms are really big but the deck outside needed a facelift and I see that they are doing work and I hope that they'll work on the balconies that's the only complaint”

“Activities director a lot of fun…”

“This was tolerable but false advertising. The pics make it look nicer than it is. There was a serious water damage smell all through we bought air freshener which barely masked it and when I contacted the property she just offered another day for free. The flooring around the toilet was disgusting. Dishwasher doesn’t work l, paid $115 for towels and linens one of the sheets had what looked like cigarette holes burned in them and they weren’t even put out for us the first night but yep still had……

“Very good”

“The room was clean and spacious. They had folded the towels into fans and a shell. Plenty of towels. The beds were firm. New sheets and pillows. The staff were very helpful and nice Some of the fixtures in bath are in need to be replaced since they were very loose. The balcony off the bedroom was secured and over looked ac units. Lots of noise from them and street. Parking is not the greatest and not convenient. Our balcony did have a side view of the ocean as well.”

“Clean rooms, staff at desk was great, Ocean view was good Glass Elevator was cool On site restaurant closed on days we were there which was sad, heard food was good from people leaving when we arrived”

“The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was very clean and we couldn’t get a better view from our balcony!! Breakfast was great.”

“Very friendly staff”

“good”

“The staff was very personable and helpful - which is a rarity these days. The location right on the beach was fabulous! I had an oceanfront room and loved sitting out on the balcony! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

“First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!”

“Very quiet stay at the beachfront with a friendly staff!”

“Everyday they didn't leave wash clothes and coffee the bathroom was way to small the light was rusted and the door stop was tore off and just laying there the air conditioner would run then made a sanding noise at night.I would not recommend for the money you pay.”

“Excellent location! Nice indoor and outdoor pools. The food at the Restaurant was convenient and tasted great. However, it needed maintenance. The rooms were disappointing, the carpet was disgusting, super dirty and stained. The bathroom lack cleanliness and sanitation, my husband found hairs all over the shower. The fan in the bathroom was not functioning. The whole place needs a revamp. For $1500 I expected better accommodations.”
