“We stayed in the inn itself, where the room’s decor is a little mad but we enjoyed it. The room was a little tired (chipped paint, absent towel rail) but everything functioned. Good pub grub and a “fun bus” outside to keep the kids entertained (a whole evening of fun for them), and great location for Stonehenge.”

“It’s the first room I’ve stayed in apart from an Airbnb where the room was not made up, pillows on the floor remained on the floor as did blankets etc. they said they were not allowed to touch anything that had an item of someone’s personal property on it, but they could have folded and tidied things, they left clean towels on the unmade beds. Absolute shocker really, not Airbnb prices either. Cot for child is small than usual size travel cots. Room was next to car park with noisy gravel no room……

“The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast……

“From the desk gal was lovely. Room was clean a d beds were comfortable. Room had AC which was great!”

“The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.”
