“We enjoyed our week at the hotel and found it clean, comfortable and convenient, with helpful friendly staff. Breakfast offered a good choice. It is useful to be able to get resonable meals in the evening, though there are many choices in Lyndhurst. I enjoyed using the swimming pool, though I would suggest a plastic chair in the changing room so we don't have to dress/undress on one leg. Liked being just out of the main busy streets, but close enough to walk in.”

“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is……

“Beautiful location to explore the New Forest. Staff are exceptional. Food was very good and well presented, I had the salmon, with broad bean and pea fricassee, asparagus and potatoes for dinner, I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Room was a little dated but perfect for what I needed (room 6), it was very relaxing having a bath with the window open looking out at the trees and sky.”

“We had a comfortable stay. It was very convenient for the cruise terminal being just a short walk away. The rooms are decorated beautifully. However, our room was starting to look a bit tired. The sink was cracked and the carpet was starting to look a bit worn. Excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast in the morning, plenty of hot and cold items on offer.”

Tender roast beef, crispy Yorkshire pudding plus lots of veggies. It's a great place for watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back for another cruise starting Southampton."
