“I was greeted by Jordan, who was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is due for a renovation, however, I find old hotels have a unique charm and beauty all their own. I did have to ask for soap for the bathroom, other than that my needs were met. The foyer is beautiful and comfortable, great to relax and just spend time in. 24 hour coffee, wonderful.”

“Clean and comfortable room, and a great breakfast. The evening drinks and horderves were more like a meal. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and very well kept. Staff were exceptionally nice and very pleasant. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling to KC. ”
