“Room was clean. My only negative experiences were being out of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. The AC unit also did not work. I talked to the front desk and they brushed us off saying it takes time to work. Never worked at all. Had to take a cold shower to be comfortable.. otherwise property was great.”

“The person at the desk when I checked in was very nice and informative. The next moring when I went to check out and tell her/them about an issue woth something were not. I stood at the desk for a few minutes before a clerk with gray hair ignored me and another dark haired young girl was on the phone. Not only was I ignored but, when the oher clerk got off the phone they started talking to each other like I wasn't standing right in front of them. This made me feel not welcome, and that whatever……

“Understaffed but working on training more. Restaurant only open from 7 to 9 for an excellent breakfast buffet. Right across from Kauffman Stadium. Would definitely recommend.”
