“I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!”

“It’s a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was quite good too. The bar closed a bit early for a Friday night, but it’s not ski season so that’s understandable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, particularly the fellow that checked us in and the other fellow who helped me figure out the hot water machine in the lobby. The outdoor hot tub also closed a bit early for me but perhaps that’s a noise thing to keep things quiet after a certain hour which is also understandable although……
