“Compared to many other places we've stayed in Jackman, ME, this is one of our best stays! The cabin was spacious, clean, kept up and overall held up to its expectations. What they marketed was exactly what they offered. The check in process was uncertain as we were supposed to show up to an already open cabin without having to contact anyone prior. There is a check in process they want you to do online instead, once you arrive. When I tried doing this, I kept getting error messages saying my……

“The Inn was fantastic. The ambiance was romantic and when we stayed lots of people were there for vacation week and we met some great people. It had a ski lodge vibe where you could hang out by the fire in the great room, the game room or get snacks from the front lobby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. We brought our dog and he was made to feel right at home too! Our room was perfect with the kitchenette we cooked in and even the murphy bed was comfortable! They served cake in the great……

“The Lodge is a lovely property set on a hill in a residential condo community. There is a tennis court, and a pool. The pool had an algal bloom, while we were there, of which we were not advised, Otherwise, the communication with the owner was prompt and accurate. There were lots of toys, puzzles, games, and books. The wrap around porch was wonderful. Everyone had their own private bed/bath suite, which was fabulous. The kitchen is large with 2 dishwashers, and an extra large refrigerator. Lots……

“The condo was older and falling apart. Light fixtures were coming off the wall. The air fresheners had an unpleasant smell. Game room had little heat and all the arcade games were off. The dogs were welcomed. They did charge 25 for each dog and it needed to be cash, which i did not know. They did accommodate for us by charging my card. Overall... a roof over the head... the folks were kind. I would have found a place closer to the mountain and better quality stay.”

“my family has stayed in several places in Maine and this place is by far the best place we have stayedl in !!! Barbara and Jordan were great hosts and we plan on going back as soon as we can. The place may be pricey, but you get what you pay fir I highly recommend taking your family and friends to the lake house.”
