"I think all of the added pop-up shops in the entrance in the lobby is tacky and takes away from the overall beautiful decor . And the tents outside and the different color furniture in the grass just doesn't look like a sophisticated resort"

"The actual hotel itself was comfortable. Our room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very big and with plenty of hot water. The complimentary breakfast was good, lots of continental choices including eggs, bagels, wraps, yogurt, toast etc. The only let down is the area this hotel is in. It’s a bit run down, dirty and with some homeless people. "
