“This is a great property to host a large group and/or family. The bottom floor is setup for mixed entertainment and access to the beach. The next two floors offer 4 rooms per floor and an opportune space to sneak away for some idle when needed. Finally, the top floor was an amazing open space that can easily host 14 people with a spacious bar, large kitchen, and large large couch that has spaces for everyone. All of this is connected by an elevator to leisurely move you across the 4 floor……

“Upon arrival, the home looked as described. Beautiful ocean views, and a great location. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We booked this home for our wedding months in advance, as the listing says “wedding friendly” in the title of the property. All guests flew in from out of state to celebrate and stay at the home.
