If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered by the renter above us walking about her place what seemed like stomping all hours of the day and night. However this was my oversight in not thinking about this when I booked the ground floor. ##### chris i. Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. We brought our youngest daughter and two friends who have never been to the area. It was the perfect space we needed with a very short walk to the beach and nice to walk to surf city and activities. This stay was wonderful as Jim was very accommodating. It is also located right across the street from the beach! This place was well prepared and had everything we could have possibly needed.
