NCV - always a good get away

The location and OC is always a good get away for us. we’ve stayed in several different units but love the marina facing the best. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the sand. I would encourage the prop mgr to remind renters of the ants in the area and the units. Out of towners aren’t traveling with food containers and this is a MUST. Prop Mgr was helpful and good on communication.

North Coast Village Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Oceanside. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very accommodating. The downside was we were not notified prior to our trip that we would not have hot water or power on Wednesday. We did receive a call the morning of and I did receive a text message about the water. It was not communicated to us that we would not have any power from 7:00am until after 7:00 pm. We had to cancel our plans for the day as we were having family visit from San Diego. With that said the accommodations were very nice. C. Rolando

Relaxing Vacation

Lovely appartment in great location

This was the second time we have visited this property and the place was great. We had a few concerns on arrival that were immediately dealt with by the team at Make My Vacation; they responded promptly, efficicently and followed up.

A DELIGHTFUL BEACH COTTAGE.

#E5 was a delightful cottage just steps from the sand and water. Thanks for providing breath taking sunsets literally from the sheltered porch area. The unit was clean Comfortable beds. Every beach accessory available. Well stocked kitchen with great cooking and serving supplies. And two mallards visited our patio every morning afternoon and evening. They were fed very healthy oats. My only concern is the noise level coming from the unit above. Every foot step was very loud. If you could add some insulation like carpeting and good padding it would probably take care of the issue. I would definitely stay there again. And probably will next fall. Thank you for being an excellent host and quickly addressing any problem. And i might add, parking was premium.

Mid May disaster

Paid premium price for ground level unit with direct access to the beach. Planned for a quiet relaxing few days. What we got was in the middle of a construction zone. Beach was fenced off, heavy equipment and dumpster right off our patio. Maintenance crew started a project right outside our bedroom window. Woke up to crew and jack hammer. Poor representation of property and poor timing of projects. Should’ve of either provided us with advance notice, reduced pricing or not made the unit available. Very disappointed

Nice room. The back screen door was ripped and needs attention. Cable service for the TV was poor. Beautiful landscaped property and nice ocean view!

Sand between my toes

Beach level unit with patio to eat and relax in the morning and watch the sunset over the beach at night. Easiest access to the beach IMHO in the complex. Unit had everything we needed cooking and beach wise. New Tommy Bahama beach chairs were great. Breezes were light such that the bedroom was a bit warm, not unbearable at all. Very roomy with Murphy bed stored (we did not use). If you want to be on the beach, this unit will do it for you.

Overall property was nice and well taken care of. Our actual condo was VERY VERY dated with a bad smell in the kitchen sink area. Would NOT recommend.

Great property with amazing views

The location was fantastic between the harbor and the Pier. Check in and check out was easy. We loved the pool reservations. It allowed our family to enjoy the pool without the crowds.

Oceanside condo

The setting is lovely. It was a little musty when I first got there (not unusual for a beach location) but once I opened the windows, etc, the ocean breezes were wonderful. It was unusually cold the first night, and I had a hard time figuring out the heating, but it is so rare to need to turn on heat! I figured it out in the daylight.

Mostly amazing! The accommodations were lovely!

My only suggestions are to make 100% sure the instructions for amenities are actually there, that the key fob to get your car in doesn’t suddenly stop working mid-stay, and that housekeeping doesn’t try to come 3 days early!😳 Honestly, I loved the location and even though the place was a bit more warn than I expected . . . It was perfect! However, the late late check in and the super early check out made me feel like I lost a day on both ends. Oh, and there was a massive leak in the ceiling of the garage parking area upon my exit . . . I was glad to be leaving as I would not have felt safe leaving my vehicle there. I had a great time, but will be looking at other option next time?

Great location with easy access to beach

Condo is clean and comfortable. Sleeps six adults. Bathroom and shower is small with a limited amount of towels. Toaster is broken. Pay washers and dryers available...bring quarters. Loved the easy acres to beach, and condo is located between pier and harbor. Had a great experience.
