“Rooms, hallways and the grounds needs to be cleaned a lot better.”

“The hotel was dirty. I booked 8 months ahead of time for son’s graduation. I got there they said they didn’t have a room for me. After a while I was told they got me a room but the next day I’d have to move rooms but they’d have to find one. I’d never stay again.”

“We reserved the two room suite for my husband, kids, my dad, and myself. We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer. I asked if they could comp us to joining rooms so we had AC, ‘Max’ became very defensive telling me that I would……

“The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. But not only were the rooms amazingly……
