Very much of an a la carte budget hotel. We spent 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, towels were not refreshed. Reception staff is friendly; but several of the back room staff were wraithlike. I did not appreciate having to pay $10 a night for parking. The wifi was good. At this hotel, one buses their own bags. The hotel sells $6/bottle water in the rooms instead of providing at least a bottle of purified or mineral water, per person, per day. The rooms require a bit better sound-proofing around the main doors.

The stay was generally good and clean. However, beware of the unavoidable hidden "$10 parking charge" they'll hit you with at check-in. The only hotels in which I've ever seen an "optional" parking added into the bill was in big metropolitan densely-packed cities like New York or Chicago, in which parking is scarce. This hotel is located in a sparsely-packed area of suburbia next to a large shopping outlet with more parking space than people. Do I feel like I got conned out of a measly $10? Yes. Was it a deal-breaker? No. But, it did leave a bad taste in my mouth, and I would certainly warn people about this shady practice.
