“Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!”

“The pet room I stayed in was not clean, it was stinky and the sheets caused me to rash”

“No working pool or hot tub. Front door broken, Smelly. Only pillows on bed had shams on them when i asked for pillows to sleep on i was handed pillow cases. Mud/ spackle not cleaned up in bathroom. Broken window blinds.... need i say more. Didnt expect fancy but not this either...”
