“We booked for 20 people. Told them that from the beginning prior to booking and after we booked, they sent a message asking us to confirm the amount of people. The night before we arrived. They then called after 9pm telling me they were going to charge another 300 because we had 20 people. After over an hour, they finally admitted this was inappropriate to do the night before we arrived especially since they were fully aware. “I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
