The rooms are very very small. Breakfast isnt included but can be ordered for a fee. Smelled great but didnt purchase it. Besides some kind of noise below our room early morning lasting for a couple hours . It was a great place if you dont need space.

It needs to be refreshed it’s drab and dreary and doesn’t look clean my bathroom was dangerous I don’t need a handicap accessible but there are no bars to hang on to getting in and out of shower just depressing and breakfast a joke 1 morning no protein at all

While amenities and being up to date are important, my main focus for a hotel is it’s cleanliness and how comfortable is the bed since I’ve stayed many places that while nice, if the bed is uncomfortable can ruin your stay. Our room at Omni was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that looked a little tired and could use updating but overall we had a good sleep and were refreshed for the next day.

The staff were very inattentive . 4 calls over 2 days for housekeeping issues . Meal was corrected 2 times still brought the wrong order after she apologized for the first one . If I managed the place I would not be employed

Our room had a hole in the wall, trim across one entire side of the room that was detached/detaching from the wall, and there was quite a bit of mold in the tub/shower. Our key cards only worked intermittently. We had to get them rekeyed ..."
