When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。

The room was nice and staff as well They don’t include breakfast so be prepared. My only note is that they don’t do the extra mile for you as a guest. If you have a special request or they know you need something extra they won’t offer their help which I know they don’t have to but it just feels like staff only does their job because they have to they won’t go beyond that.
