“My friends and I stayed at this Vrbo over the weekend and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and easy to find. The owner was also very thorough with communication, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and enjoyable.Our only concern was the neighbor behind the property frequently blocking the alleyway while working on cars, which made it difficult to access the garage at times. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend……

“Absolutely horrible! The host never responded to my questions regarding check in. My family drove 1,600 mile only to be sent a message 15 mins before check in that they cancelled our reservation. No real reason just that it was no longer available. After a while they have an automated response that it was due to the age of occupants. Their listing states ages 0 and up. When I asked for clarification I never received a response. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother hoping you get the house you……

“The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. ”

“Ronnie was absolutely professional and kind. His boat "Pure Pleasure" completely lived up to its name. Everyone on the dock at the marina was kind. My kiddos enjoyed the boat and all of its amenities. We were able to watch movies, cook what we call "boat burgers", fish on the dock, get some much needed relaxation, as well as listen to some music. We will definitely book again, plus, Starved Rock is only an hour away. My kiddos will have this enjoable memory for a lifetime. Thanks, Ronnie! Many……
