“Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean. Good sized room, comfortable bed, spacious shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Added bonus was tv set up for chromecast so could stream netflix etc from phone. Strong wifi throughout premises. Dog friendly. Only negatives were traffic noise in front facing rooms which could be an issue for very light sleepers. Food generally very good but continental breakfast somewhat average.”

“It is a lovely B&B. A little remote but beautiful views all around. Stayed two nights in the Boots room. Nice big room with large double bed, little sofa, couple of chairs and a gorgeous deep window sill, perfect for the morning cuppa and views across the fields. “Paul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. “We booked our stay back in September. On 13th October we travelled 200 miles from Scotland, arriving at 8pm, to find it closed. It transpired that the hotel had gone out of business on 5th October.
