"This home was perfect for our family ~ VERY clean!! Had all the amenities that we needed. So close to the beach, central location to Carmel & Monterey. Loved the lights in the screened in back porch area and the fenced in yard was perfect for the kids. The property owners were very responsive and prompt in messaging us back and they had great recommendations for local dining. Quiet neighborhood. "Beautiful house with amazing mountain view. The pool was very clean and temperature was great with the recent warm weather. The additional entertainment items - air hockey, ping pong etc were great. Kitchen was stocked with plenty cooking utensils but bring all your own supplies (food, cooking spray, etc) as there are no base supplies. A few extra towels/ washcloths would be nice as we were one short for number of reg guests. There were no directions / check out instructions in the house or...
