Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay
The lobby and rooms are nice and it’s in a good location to get to downtown. The room was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in time which was annoying because it wasn’t crowded. The bar had good food. Overall a good place!

The room I was assigned was terrible! The carpet was filthy and worn, the view from all windows was the roof equipment, the noise from other rooms and the water system was unacceptable.
