“Toilet flooded. Lady wanted to be cheap and not call a plumber. I tried to unclog it may attempts, and I told her it still needed to look at a plumber. To solve problem. Never staying here again!!! It's a shame, even if is a nice location and place l, that experience sucked!”

“I rarely write detailed reviews of lodging, however, I am writing today to say the level of care and attention taken to every detail of this stay was superior. The management was friendly, helpful and generous with their time. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I arrived at around 6:00 pm to find a lovely assortment of refreshments including fine wine and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. Somenone was on board to help with luggage. I will definitely stay at the St. Charles again.”
