“The hotel is generally well-maintained and the bedding is clean; I also found the breakfast selection to be quite good. However, our stay was significantly disrupted by several young children staying in the room directly above us. For two consecutive nights, we experienced persistent noise from footsteps and doors closing, which made it impossible to rest. Additionally, I would advise those who are uncomfortable with pets to reconsider, as there are cats and dogs on the premises.”

“I rarely write detailed reviews of lodging, however, I am writing today to say the level of care and attention taken to every detail of this stay was superior. The management was friendly, helpful and generous with their time. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I arrived at around 6:00 pm to find a lovely assortment of refreshments including fine wine and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. Somenone was on board to help with luggage. I will definitely stay at the St. Charles again.”
