“Broken elevator without any plan to get it fixed - was told waiting for a part. Had to ask for help with the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The issue was that there was no plan and it wasn’t offered. It’s an expensive hotel and the service was not professional. There were no apologies and no financial compensation. I’ve stayed there many times and this was my last.”

“Had an awesome couple of days. Hubbards is a beautiful spot and the Tuna Blue Inn is fantastic. The staff are amazing. The restaurant is great. Unfortunately we were late in the season so things weren't as lively. The only issue was with the water pressure in the shower but we loved our stay.”
