“Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for……

“The tile floor in our room needed to be washed. The next morning we were awakened by staff screaming at each other in the room across the hall. The Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel was not open and neither was the restaurant open for dinner. Not exactly a 4 star experience”

“It is a beautiful facility inside and outside. Our room was very clean and comfortable. If we had more time it would have been enjoyable to sit on the deck and enjoy the gorgeous backyard. We were fortunate to see a rainbow that I had to capture in a photo.”
