"The carpeting had a tear, which could be a potential fall risk. The room had a slight odor, not sure if it was from pets. It was also very noisy because they had some parties there thank goodness I was too tired to really hear the noise after I fell asleep."

"What I booked is not what they tried to give. Paid extra for king and river view. Got no river view with 2 double beds. Fixed after went back to front desk to complain. Kitchen fire at 5 am Sunday cleared the building for an hour. Breakfast was not great. Staff was not good about refilling anything really on breakfast buffet. Also $12 a day to park and didn’t have enough parking to get close. "

"Worth the stay, but could be improved. Breakfast was good, staff was nice, and the pool was warm. We had a 2nd floor room with 2 beds and a NON pull out couch. The room had an odd smell when entering but it wasn't bad enough to change. The sliding doors on the toilet and shower rooms both were very hard to operate. The room looked remodeled, but there were some poorly done work all around. Mismatched paint spots on ceiling, uneven lumps in carpet."
