“We booked this hotel after arriving to a hotel across the street that was less than suitable. When we arrived, the lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. She quickly got us extra towels for my large family and assisted in finding the room. Everything was clean and comfortable and we plan to stay again.”

“The bathroom needed to be upgraded. It was a handicap walk-in shower and the bottom corners on each side of the shower were rotted out and ants were coming out of hole. Rest of room was clean. Staff was great!”

“Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub. Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.”

“First room smelled like smoke and had a ripped/burned comforter. Second room smelled so strong of bleach (I'm assuming to cover up an odor). Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms. I tried to push through but the final straw was the run down cloudy pool with broken chairs. I didn't even let my kids swim once I saw it. By the time we left, my kids had itchy flea bites on them. The lady at the front desk was very friendly when I explained I couldn't let my kids stay and I needed to check out. Do not stay……
