Casita Azulada (The Blue House) offers an ecclectic charm and comfort that is hard to find away from home. It is centrally-located and close to three major freeways, so whether you are attending events downtown, need to be near the airport, or simply want to get to know Phoenix, your family will be close to everything when you make our house your temporary home.

Casita Azulada is a complete single-family home with three bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and one bathroom. It is the frontmost and primary of three living spaces on the property (there are two small guest homes in the rear). You will have complete, sole access to the main home, front yard, driveway, and carport. The attached laundry room is shared between all three living spaces.

The backyard and rear buildings are currently being remodeled, so access to these areas is not permitted at this time. More information is coming soon. If you have questions in the meantime, please ask!
