Great staff but the property itself is worn and tired. This Graduate property needs some fresh new paint, up keep and some minor repairs. I have been to other Graduate properties that are in really nice condition. This one is not but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel was on the older side but loved the balcony seating. The decor was quite eclectic. Would stay there again.

Checking in and getting to know the area was seamless. Staff were willing to share info about Tempe and things to do in the area. Rooms were clean and up to spec with no complaints. Workout room having a peloton was a major bonus! The bar was cool, though I wished it stayed open one more hour in the evening. Walking distance to CVS and mill ave as well as other restaurants in the area.

Collegiate Feel

You can count on the Graduate to have friendly staff. The Tempe Graduate is near campus and has great amenities, onsite bar, restaurant, pool, hottub, parking. Beds are comfortable and love having a private balcony looking at orange trees

Overpriced dorm room

1 microwave per floor at the end of the hall, no shelves or counter space in the bath/shower/bathroom. Must pay for parking. Ónly restaurant offerings for breakfast.
