The service at the front desk was very helpful. My complain was the room #122 the minute I walked into the front door which was damaged and the keypad was loose. The room smelled like cigarettes the kitchen sink tiles were broken and glued on which was falling down the bathroom shower head was loose and a lady not sure if she was the manager walking all over the complex with a walkie talkie in her hand instructing young boys with dogs not sure to be security dogs outside the apartment building. When I booked metro extended stay Phoenix through Expedia I shouldā€™ve read the other poor reviews .

The location is good n the rooms actually have a lot of potential if they were properly taken care of such as maintenance type issues, paint, spackle, n few other minor quick fixes,that would make a world of difference as far as appearance n cleaning. Also the rooms are quite big n lay out of the rooms n apartments is also ideal n lovely. The manager of the property is pleasantly great,helpful, n works extremely hard n would love to have her as a host again. Especially the loft type apartments are awesome n one of my favorites, just needs some TLC n a new head housekeeper would do the property a great justice n the guests im sure would be entirely greatful, I personally would. The staff are nice, welcoming n helpful. It has extreme potential to possibly,even become one of Phoenix's top establishments, given these recommendations n I understand the financial part isn't easily done but even a little bit at a time over some time would be a start of something amazing!

Older property but the grounds not kept up. The room was very large and comfortable with full kitchen. The office is only open 9 to 5 so really hard to check in after that time and if something is needed you canā€™t get any help.

The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!

The space was great! Nice big hotel room. The only problems were: pool didnā€™t look clean and safe, there were a lot of shady people after dark at the property, two roaches came out of the kitchen sink, some of the light switches did not work.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Thereā€™s lot of good food choices around but the room was very dirty and had not been cleaned. We switched to a new room and checked out within a few hours. There were stains on the couch, holes on the curtains. We were scared to sit or touch anything and there were roaches everywhere. Loud kids playing outside. It was not ideal at all
