“早餐豐富好吃！地點方便，附有停車場。”

“酒店位置離利物浦火車站約10分鐘路程，可接受之範圍，另外距離海邊之景點步行過去亦十分方便！ 房間寬敞，廚房設備充足。唯一缺點是房間床褥比較軟身，不適合腰脊骨有問題之人士。”

“Rated 4* - on what planet? Completely bereft of any facilities. Room was small, dark, aged and tired. Stay in Liverpool every 2 weeks and thought I’d give this ago - if”

“Location is perfect which you cannot find anything to complaint on. Neat and tidy room with no extra single use items inside unless you ask for. Something I am not fully satisfied is the room next door was under some renovation work/repair work by the time I was in. I can hear quite some loud voice and wall-mounted TV was shaking. “Breakfast is perfect, and hotel staffs are helpful ”

“Feedback on handling the problem from water temperature for bathing was positive & quick. It can leave comfortable image.”

“The hotel room environment is nice, with acceptable cleanliness. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers when checking in. The hotel features Beatles decorations, which fit Liverpool perfectly, and it even provides 24-hour coffee – that's very thoughtful!”

“Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!”

“Good for conference goers”

“Brilliant. The reception girl is so nice! Very hot welcoming. She’s so lovely, with room upgrade.”

“Convince and nice hotel”

“The room was too noisy, and the hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough. Also, there was no power socket near the bed. However, the location was good.”
