“Great location. Apt. was clean. Master Bathroom and its fixtures could use updating.”

“Clean condo with great beachfront location. Included chair/umbrella setup was very nice. Quick response from host about several pre-arrival questions. Had assigned underground parking. Walked across the street and ate at Pegleg Petes and had a great meal. Highly recommend and would definitely return.”

“We’ve stayed in many places over the years and this has been by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. It was quiet and cozy. Easy access to the beach, cove, and pool. Shopping & restaurants. Our only complaint was not having any type of window coverings over the living room sliding glass door. The stairs might be a lot for anyone that may struggle with steps. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, utensils, crockpots, coffee makers, etc. Water filter, ice maker, bbq grill and……

“What a great condo overlooking the bay!! It was the perfect size for a family of four. The was a nice small beach on the bayside that the little ones enjoyed with the calm waters. You are also a short walk away from the ocean side where we enjoyed waves and shell hunting. My only caution is that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the stairs are worth it when you see the views.”

“Everything was great”

“Great apartment it's was close to the pool and close to the beach it didn't take long to go to and back from beach. Only downside hot tub was not to hot and showers kinda mild temperature. But other than that I would come back again.”

“The beds are very hard. The condo it self needs a lot of TLC and it looks like theres mold on the ceiling. Paint from the ceiling is falling off and around the trimming. The pictures on Vrbo look a lot better than what you’re actually getting.”

“Our stay was great. The condo served it purpose. We always love coming to Pensacola Beach.”

“My sister and I were there to enjoy the beach. This property is very close to the beach and delicious dining, however, away from the crowds. Very quiet. The kitchen has every device you can think of. Two bathrooms! I can see a family being very comfortable here.”

“Communication was great and also everything was super clean and the place was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at”
