“Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the property with two young boys 8 and 11. They loved playing basketball in the pool. Wife and I were able to get R&R while boys made friends. Staff was great and so were the facilities. Housekeeping was the only weak link but they weren't terrible.”

“The hotel is new. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the hotel is somewhat isolated from Texarkana highway noise. It is also a 3 minute drive to several restaurants. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but with constant monitoring by staff, so that the scrambled eggs were fluffly and fresh, the sausage gravy was hot, and so on.”

“On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional.”

“So I got there fairly early, had no sleep and an event that night and beyond grateful they let me in a room early. I also had a girl moment with air conditioning and they came to help right away. Only two items, room floor was bit dirty but again they got me in early so possibly rushed and the parking was bit of mess. Not sure if all the big truckers were workers from motel 6 or this hotel but they took over parking lot and couldn’t even park straight. I doubt the hotel could do anything about……

“Convenient off of interstate but quiet. Near a Starbucks which is essential for my husband. Almost always leave before breakfast is available.”

“Stayed in a kind room with a jacuzzi tub (handicapped room) it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection of hot foods. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had plenty of room, and the room was very clean. Perfect hotel for our weekend away.”

“Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”
