"Everything about the room and property was great. The only part that wasn’t great was the paper thin walls. My partner child and I were woken up at 1am by our neighbors night activities. Unfortunately we were able to hear every single thing. It was as if their headboard was right up against the headboard where our daughter was sleeping. We knocked on the shared wall to try to get them to quiet down a little bit. You can also imagine the conversation we had to have with our 6 year old daughter.. other than that the stay was amazing."

"Extremely close to shopping and food - all within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was great and there were many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. This was second time we were in the area and both times the hotel was great. Thank you! Please ensure your staff knows they are appreciated!"

"I know Victorville isn’t the nicest of places but I honestly expected a little more from this location. Pulled in late and they close the lobby, they only have a window to check in which kind of sets the vibe as to where you are. Lots of people hanging out outside smoking even though it was midnight. Although our room was non smoking I feel like there was a lingering smell, maybe from the people smoking outside? Regardless it just all felt a little shady which I’d expect from a smaller motel but not a quality inn. The breakfast was dine in only which I’ve never experienced and didn’t care for. Overall it felt grimey, won’t be staying here again."

"The staff was nice. There is not enough parking. We had went out for the day and our room didnt get cleaned trash was still left there bathroom didnt get cleaned or anything. When we called down to the front desk they said they only clean the room every 3 days which I find gross."

"They gave me the wrong room key and I walked into two ladies watching TV when I arrived already tired as hell. Once that was done and I got a new room key it expired after one night cause they didn’t put in the correct amount of time I was staying. WiFi was pretty bad and this is coming from a person who rarely used their phone on vacation so that can be improved as well."
