“This is the first time I have made a negative report about any hotel-- stay somewhere else. The property is a rehabbed luxury home from the late 1800s or early 1900s--probably the home of a Pittsburgh robber baron. There is no staff. We arrived about 2:00 P.M. and found an individual working in the restaurant kitchen who was able to get us to our room. The room was unique and only 34 stairs up a very old and steep staircase.
