The hotel was absolutely beautiful, staff went above and beyond. Alot of homeless individuals around the building hanging out heckling me and my young daughter. It's not the hotel just the city unfortunately.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and loved it. Unfortunately, it seems to be slipping. Twice my wife found cockroaches on the ceiling and the amenities like bottled water were not refilled. Im sure this is a one off, but if you dont mention problems, people dont fix them. And it seems that this wonderful hotel seems to be affected by the apathy in work that is sweeping the nation.
