“Atmosphere was set by Ed when we arrived. Each roombhas individual climate control. Everything was in place and prepped for us. Fun home to stay in nd appreciate the history of the area. ”

“We had a great visit to Falmouth. The house was just as described with a super suite on the first floor. Lots of spaces to spread out. We spent most of the time in the dining area. We loved the location, comfortable beds. Fireplace. Kitchen was well equipped. ”

“This was an ideal location to get to the ferry and go to Nantucket. Convenient and clean! Would stay again.”

There was a lovely park just a few blocks away and a very good sidewalk for walking. We had our own parking lot which was nice. Everything was very nicely kept. ”

The first person who responded to my inquiry was difficult to communicate with before my stay. Finally, VRBO advertises that the rate includes all fees. There were many additional fees that pushed my daily rate way over what was advertised, and then the rate dropped considerably after I booked. ”

“We had an outstanding time at this property. It was as advertised and for a cottage, the amenities were new and worked well. The location is quiet and removed from the road with easy parking. We had no problems during our time and the owner was easily reachable. ”

“I booked this house for my extended family & dog to stay in for my wedding weekend. It could not have been in a better location, the one night I stayed there was super comfortable and felt like home. Beyond that it served as an excellent centeral home base for my wedding. The dining area and living room were perfect for my extended family. Bath's Bakery right around the corner was a huge plus. The host was super accommodating and had just the right of communication. The only negative I can find……

“We had a great time at Hyannis Hideaway! The location was PERFECT! We were no more than 6 minutes to the beach. 2 minutes from stores and restaurants! AC units in every room to keep us cool. The house was so clean and spacious for our big group. We can’t wait to go back!”
