“Functional, but a barren dorm apt. Could not adjust themmostat. Bad pillows and beds. It works for the price but no frills.”

“This place was perfect for our group. We were karting at Road America, and location was a little over a mile from the gate. Newly renovated and very nice. Hosts did lots of little things to add value to our stay. Plenty to do nearby. Kids loved the basement and yard, adults hung out on patio. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Upon check in we realized we were staying in a college dormitory type building and not an actual apartment. The air conditioning was not operating and the room was well over 80* as no one had stayed in this room for quite some time prior to our arrival. The place was clean enough and once the a/c started working it was much more pleasant. The king bed was 2 twin's slid together that were not at the the same height and had a 4" or so gap between the mattresses. my wife and i slept much better……

“Price was too high to have no amenities at all and nothing even close to a community for restaurants and shopping. It would only be a bargain at half the price for me to consider again.”
