“Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel.……
