“Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel.……

“Me and my brother had an incredible time here. It was exactly what we were looking for. From the staff, to the property and the room itself. The natures walls close by. It was great and will be returning with more of the family again.”
