"My wife and I had a three night stay to attend baseball games at American Family field and gamble a little. We were very happy with the location of the casino for exploring Milwaukee. The casino itself was very cleanly, secure and had many dining areas to offer. We were pleasantly surprised compared to other casinos we have stayed at and will definitely return."

"Employee at front desk was frustrated with 4 housekeeping staff that left that day...was irritable. Didn't need to know that....had to get TV remote battery changed....no big deal...but he seemed bothered by that. Otherwise everything else outside of being across from an utility room which made noise throughout the nite...was good. Very clean...and good breakfast "

"Internet was down so no TV. Ice machine broken. Hot tub closed. Not enough towels in the room (2 for 4 guests). Pool only open 9 am to 9 pm (advertised 6 am to 11 pm). Lukewarm shower. No one cleaned around the pool, wet towels and Cheetos all over the place at 9 am when it opened."

"This embassy is aged, service very bad many benefits gone. First off i always stay here when i m in town. Enjoyed the hottub before bed. But the eliminated the tub. Just a very cold pool now. Then the 1.5 hour drinks. Allowed 2 whichnif grest but no selection.The first nigjt they yad miller lite and bud on tap. I stayed 5 nights. The miller let ran out thevfirst joght and never replaced it. You wete left with just bud. No thank you. So then they hadv1 bottle of wine and 4 bottles of the cheapest liquior you have ever seen. The bartender was nice b one day then not so nice the next. I left him a tip but no thank you. Then my room was not clean 2 days of my stay. I had to call and ask why. Finally when i checked out ,there was no one around. Just drop your cards in a box. I m paid over 100 per night. I don t like to complain but I won t be back "
