“The cabin was an excellent choice for our large family gathering. Hard to find a place with this many bedrooms, all of which were clean and ready. The huge dining table was great to be able to have the whole family sit together. The view from the hot tub is incredible. We also used the beach access which has a great park for the kids. “Very nice house. Lots of parking for our 3 vehicles. The kitchen was very well appointed and we were able to cook our meals for 6 people with ease. Comfy beds! I would call the property 'pet tolerant.' Friendly neighbor dogs roam free which our dogs did not appreciate. It is RIGHT ON the busy highway 89. Crossing the road to access the beach was a little scary on Saturday. Impossible to leave windows open in the evening due to road noise and the front deck was well furnished but same road noise……

“This is among the best vacation rental experiences I had, given the price range. I wanted to point out that a lot of the problems earlier reviewers pointed out have either been fixed or are not really a cause for concern. For example, during my visit, this place has been equipped with brand new high end washing machine dryer. The big fridge works perfectly. And while the main bedroom has no door, the path to it is so wounded such that there is absolutely no need to worry about people seeing it……

“Overall impression on the property was phenomenal. Spacing was great for a party of 13. Tahoe City was close by and was a pleasant strip to visit. Home is just as described, even though there wasn’t an AC it kept cool without the unit downstairs. Neighborhood was very calm, about a 15-20 minute walk to the non-private beach. ”

Incredibly clean, host was easy to communicate with, more than enough space for everyone, the bar room was gorgeous, the back yard was perfection (kayak, paddle boards, pier with comfortable seating) and the views are indescribable.
