“This is an amazing place. It was actually BETTER than the pictures, which is a rarity. It feels very luxurious for Pollock Pines and has a good amount of room for large families. Had everything we needed and more, Kitchen was well equipped too(we cook) so that was a great bonus. Highly recommend for any season. The limited interactions I had with Host were great and super fast in their response. Look forward to booking again. ”

Incredibly clean, host was easy to communicate with, more than enough space for everyone, the bar room was gorgeous, the back yard was perfection (kayak, paddle boards, pier with comfortable seating) and the views are indescribable. “A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh.”

“Cozy and beautiful cabin. You will really need to have a suv or any high clearance car to park in the driveway due to the steepiness of the driveway(included in the instructions.) No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather. Fans are provided if needed otherwise ceiling fans are installed. Nice to have private hot tub and private pool, sauna and……

“The two night stay was great. Everything was neat and clean and had everything you might need when away from home. The fenced area for the dog was nice. Sitting on the porch in the afternoon with a glass of wine in the peace and quiet watching the squirrels was nice. The property description indicated cable TV was available, however the property owner indicated there was no cable TV. Fortunately I brought my chromecast and was able to watch regular TV.”
