“We have always wanted to live in a tiny house! It was fun to pretend while traveling! This was a cute, clean, conveniently located place to stay. I would choose this property again!”

“Cute apartment, we were only in town for the night but it was perfect for our needs! Would stay again if I was in the area. ”

“This home was located in an excellent location it was minutes away from everything the we had to do while in Roseville. The rooms were clean and nice bedding and towels.”

“Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.”

“Host was very welcoming, Exceptionally clean. Although picture was enhanced and not what was in the living room. the heater was EXTEMELY noisy and made a loud buzzing noise throughout the house kitchen was adequate although ice maker needed to be Seriously Defrosted. Coffee maker needed to be replaced as it would only work if you held down the to. No hot pads to remove anything from oven. Spices were there, although no salt or pepper.”

“Place is really nice. Well cared for and cute. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of walkability. All of the amenities you need are there. I have nothing bad to say about this place and will come here again if the need arises. Thank you! ”

“Property is listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath however one bedroom was not usable due to the air conditioning not working in that room and it was too hot for anyone to stay there. Another issue we had was that the bathroom shower flooded after use and overflowed into the dining room covering the entire floor in about half inch of water. We ended up spending an hour and a half in the middle of the night cleaning up the water. Due to this I feel that this property is really a 2 bedroom 1 bath that is……
