“This was the second time we've stayed at the Surfsider. The first time was five years ago, in May 2021. Miss Sam took good care of us both times. Camilo & Cinnamon were very accommodating, too. Cinnamon even printed out a map to the Cuban restaurant we were trying out for the first time. This place is a hidden gem. My only complaint was the hot water in the second bathroom wasn't working when I showered but my husband was also showering in the master bath so that probably accounts for it. Other……

“I would have appreciated a towel change and the waste baskets being emptied midway between our stay. Our room was not serviced the entire time during our stay. I would have really appreciated at least clean washcloths and hand towels, but was not provided with either. The room was very, very clean, but had a very, very strong smell of cleaning products which was very offputting.”

“Everything about the host, communication and the condo was perfect for us. Two couples staying in the area for Thanksgiving prior to leaving on a cruise. We loved the Pompano Beach area and plan to come back.”

“We were allowed to check in early but we’re not given the unit number assigned to us. That was a little confusing for us when we arrived since the manager was absent when we arrived. However all was eventually worked out.”

“My stay was amazing. The location for this place was perfect and close to everything. It was super private and its own getaway at the same time. Had outdoor seating, pool, and separate bbq area where you can unwind after a busy day. I had my own kitchenette, dishes etc, microwave and everything else you could need. One are that can improve a bit is the WiFi but that is because I was there for work, it still worked but laggy. It still gets 5 stars for me”
