Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach

"Staying at The Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach is a rock star experience. Upon arrival valet handled all of our luggage and tucked our vehicle away in secured parking. We didn’t have to think about a thing but collecting our room key. We even checked in two hours early with no mention of time by the hotel. Our accommodations gave a stunning ocean view of the Atlantic and all of the activities of the hotel beachside, including the music stage venue. After a long day in the sun, it was nice to have dinner on site and after, relax in our room while casting one of our streaming services to the television from our phones. The outdoor pool was wonderfully kept and it was lovely to simply relax and be waited on for drinks and food poolside. There were an unlimited supply of towels with easy digital access. The cabanas are too pricey for what they offer but we did use the beachside chair and umbrella vendor that sets up every day in front of the hotel on the shore. The only complaint I could possibly give was that the description of the room I upgraded to on Hotels.com did not match the room we were given and I wasn’t overly pleased with housekeeping as I didn’t think it was up to the standard the rest of the property provided. All in all, we would go back in a heartbeat."

Comfort Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Oceanfront

"Paid for “Ocean View” got a partial one with full view of a restaurant and they were loud (not good for a family with little ones or sensitive ears) I was welcomed to roaches in the room, room should have been cleaner! Parking was a nightmare to find! The pool was nice but being so close to the beach was awesome! (The gate from the pool to the beach doesn’t work so you have to open it from the inside) Staff was friendly."
