“We took my mom on a long weekend for her birthday and she loved this community so much that she started looking at buying a condo in this complex. It was very clean and peaceful with great landscaping, great pool right near the ocean but also only a few steps from the condo. The only difficulty she had was that the access to the beach were stairs which she had a hard time with but I think that is common for the area. We were on the bottom floor and enjoyed watching a family of bunnies graze……

“The condo was great, a nice size for a party of 8 although a larger couch in the living room would have been more comfortable. We knew it was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, so that was no problem but the pool/hot tub area was not the best--the water was murky and there were clumps of hair in both. Also, there was an attendant who circled around us the whole time in the pool, making us feel like we weren't supposed to be there, and he kept telling us and other renters what we weren't allowed……

“This condo has had updating in kitchen and bathrooms, which are very nice! Being a corner unit and directly on the ocean, it has great views of the beach! We even got to see a couple space shots from the cape, go up from the balcony! The property manager is very responsive to anything you need. The couch and recliner could be updated.”
