“Our room was over a loud what I think was an air conditioner. Our room was near the garbage room and the odor wafted. The floors have carpet and had a foul odor. TV very small. Elevator was always busy. Wait staff at restaurant in the hotel were rude and the food was mediocre at best. Will never stay at this hotel again that calls itself a resort. I guess just because it's beachfront property they have the right to call it a resort.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, cold air. Couldn’t use the pool due to a very large group that was drinking very heavily and smoking in the pool along with language. 9:40 at night I had to call the front desk due to how loud they were and us trying to sleep. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep. Let’s not even talk about the fire and my handicap wife trying to navigate 5 floors of stairs. Having to try and find a hotel with rooms available was very stressful. Don’t expect any drawers to put……

“It was nothing special but neither is the area. So it served our needs. The best part was the Ocean Deck restaurant and bar next door!”

“Property in a great location. Great view from balcony. Front desk check in had poor customer skills. House keeping, food service was good. Swimming pool was full of sand with lots of bugs. Pool shower didn’t work . Several pool chairs were broken. Very lacking in pool area maintenance.”
