“Check in was a bit frustrating, we only stayed for one night and the desk lady had us use a tablet to fill out a form which took a while. I feel like there could be a better solution, never had to do that anywhere else. Seems useless and inconvenient, after a long day we just wanted to get inside. Although the apartment was clearly outdated, it was clean. We had a nice view. And they also offered us a day pass after checking out since we had a latter flight. We really appreciate that, spent that……

“The Penthouse Paradise exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well maintained, and the views from the wrap around deck on the top floor were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with. I would definitely book the Paradise Penthouse again if we are visiting Daytona with a larger group.”

“Communication was great with the host, we were actually able to check in early and that’s always a plus. The unit was very clean and VERY well stocked! The only complaint that I had was, the A/C unit was very loud. It’s inside of the condo and very loud for anyone sleeping on the couch but it worked fine. The view from the room was great. Easy access to the pool and to the beach.”

Bathmats unwashed.The host offered a refund on the cleaning service but it was not received. There was no comfortable seating in the entire condo. The porch furniture was broken.The laundry was consistently being used by others. The kitchen was well appointed. The views were delightful.”
