“Overall fine”

“The apartment is the first floor of a two story duplex. It was very clean and larger than we were expecting. We had just about everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciate being able to bring our pets with us. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with my dog.”

“This was a great apartment for my wife and I, who were looking to do some kayaking in the area. Our host Kristen was very helpful and available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This property had an extremely strong cat/ litter box odor. It was also pretty buggy- we found many bugs alive and dead throughout the house. AC or humidifier machines leaked. My friend thought she heard scurrying throughout the upstairs room. Many of the items like mirrors were hung too high to be usable. The home fulfilled our purposes for the weekend but I would not return.”

“Having fresh towels ready along with an in-room microwave really helped snacking late at night be more convenient”

“Heating worked effectively, along with easy-to-use TV controls that left me satisfied throughout my visit here.”

“Quick stop, quiet room near the highway.”

“Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries, which made watching easier. The WiFi was decent, not super fast but fine for basic browsing. Compared to other motels near the highway, this one felt quieter.”

“Needed a decent sleep before driving next day and got it without trouble. The free WiFi worked well for some last-minute planning too. Nothing fancy but did just what I needed.”

“I got some much needed rest before an early drive plus diners within walking distance made eating out convenient without needing another car ride.”

“We thought the queen-size bed suited two people perfectly. The spot close to I-91 made travel simple.”

“On a work trip for two nights. WiFi worked reliably allowing me to send files without trouble. The room had heating and AC making temperature adjustments easy. Quiet spot great for resting between meetings.”

“Beds had firm support yet weren't unpleasant at all.Shower supplied plenty hot water, bathroom sized reasonably suited single occupancy demands perfectly”

“Arrived after midnight to find my room ready and surprisingly quiet despite highway proximity. A good choice if you only need a short stay before leaving again.”

“This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!”

“There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. That being said the location……
