“Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. ”

“The apartment was exactly what we needed to rest between events at Wesleyan. Good communication, fixed an air conditioner and added one prior to our arrival (and it was very very hot. So it was appreciated.”

“Entered the unit. Started unpacking and found a prescription pill on the carpet. Not sure how that would not have been picked up by the vacuum. There was only one bath towel for two people. Bathroom sink looked like it was just wiped down. The chrome around the drain was dirty and could be wiped off with your finger. The light in the bathroom, although very bright had a thick layer of dust and bugs in it. The shower curtain had orange on the bottom which is mold. It is advertised as a lux……

“When we arrived the property owner told us he rented out to someone else. We already paid for two nights. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 8 pm. Not happy and will never use this service again.”

“Terrible…absolutely terrifying arrival for me… The renter failed to communicate the room number, access code to the room, and/or a useable Wi-Fi connection… I was alone, unable to access my room, and received NO answers when I texted, repeatedly. Again, I texted repeatedly for help. I am 69 years old. Although I texted the “owner” repeatedly for help, I received, NO ANSWER. I was alone, in a strange city, it got dark, and I didn’t have the necessary information needed to access my room. So, I……
